At Escapade, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Simply follow our digital process to receive a full refund or exchange for a different size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
